Lucas Built is a family-owned business, operated by Charlie, Chase, and Kyle Lucas.  We employ an experienced team of craftsmen and local professionals.  Lucas Built was founded in 1985 by Charlie Lucas, a 3rd generation contractor with over 40 years experience in the building industry—right here in South Carolina.  His sons, Chase and Kyle Lucas, are following in their father’s footsteps, and have been on job sites their whole lives. They have over 35 years combined experience in the industry, and are excited and committed to keeping the family business alive for generations to come.
